Student Nurse are More Stress than Profesionals Nurses

As a student, I really do believe that being a student nurse is more stressed and pressured than those who are already professional nurses. Students after the hospital exposure have so many things and paper works to do as a requirements to be pass after the day. If the student doesn't have enough knowledge about what had happen during the exposure, (I'm talking about the patient they encountered, assessed, and monitored) they will have hard time to make such requirements and finish them in a short period of time because they consume it mostly in researching, reading and understanding, and sometimes they find it hard to understand. That is mostly the reason why they get more stress and have a little time to sleep. However, those who are already registered, professional nurses who are working have less stress, obviously because first: they already know what to do, they have lots of knowledge, they have enough sleep after their shift, and for most, they do not have requirements to do and pass after the day and add up in fact that they are receiving salary.
Although, in hospital setting, there are lots of disadvantages being a nurse, of course negligence and their license is the most concern. Where as student nurses is just extensions.
